Q. What is the processing rate for Invoicing?
A. The Online Processing Fee used in Invoicing is the same rate used for your registrations. If you do not have any registration sessions, Invoicing will use the default processing rate and tech fee.
Q. Can I apply a discount to an invoice?

Q. Can I attach a document to an invoice?
A. Not at this time. The feasibility of adding this feature is being reviewed.
Q. Can I charge a penalty or add a late fee to an invoice once it is past due?
A. One way to impose a penalty or add a late fee for a past due payment would be to send another invoice for the penalty amount that you choose.
Q. Where is the credit card information stored?
A. Credit card information is never stored within an organization or within the SportsEngine platform. Credit card numbers are only used to process the payment and then the processor gives us a token which cannot be turned back into the credit card number for future requests.
Q. Is SportsEngine PCI Level 1 compliant?
A. Yes, SportsEngine Invoicing (as well as Registration) is PCI Level 1 compliant.
Q. Can I import balances into Invoicing?
A. Not currently.
Q. Will Invoicing be available outside of the United States?
A. Currently, Invoicing is only available in the United States.
